According to Sarah's best friend, her career in college admissions began in high school, when she asked everyone where they were applying to college and provided unsolicited advice. She found, and still finds to this day, that the college process is a transformative opportunity for young adults and has long been driven to understand each college's history, culture, and admission requirements.

After graduating magna cum laude from Bryn Mawr College, where she served as an enthusiastic tour guide and student-athlete, Sarah began her career in college admissions at Pitzer College in Claremont, California. She then moved to Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York. In both capacities, Sarah oversaw the tour guide program and recruited internationally. She presented at conferences domestically and abroad and has been an advocate for student-centered, holistic admission practices. Sarah evaluated thousands of applications from all over the world and was fortunate enough to welcome many bright young minds to their journeys in higher education.

Sarah received her master's from Columbia University in International Education Development and continues to be active in the admissions world. She currently lives outside of New York City and can be found long-distance running, hiking with her partner and dog, and completing the weekend crosswords over a hazelnut-flavored coffee.
